During their visit, the representatives had the opportunity to tour both our Reception House and East Office buildings, where they met with several Government-Assisted Refugee families and local Sponsorship Agreement Holders.

The annual conference was an opportunity for staff from across the Agency to connect and learn new key skills. 

As this Easter season continues, I continue to reflect on Christ’s Resurrection. I think that many Christians leaving their churches today have simply found it implausible that Christ could have risen from the dead. This notion of a risen Christ and its implications for our lives is likely the most difficult conundrum relating to our Faith experience.

Archbishop Richard Smith from the Archdiocese of Edmonton joined us on Monday,  May 1 to celebrate the opening of our St. Joseph's ministry.

The new home, based in Edmonton, serves the terminally ill homeless.
