The Family Enrichment Program is offering a series of free educational workshops that focus on enhancing family relationships through increased awareness and understanding of fundamental relational skills. The workshops focus on parenting and are open to all parents/caregivers of children ages 3 to 17.

The workshops will take place every Wednesday throughout the month of November, beginning on November 7th to the 28th.

Here are the scheduled sessions for this month:

• November 7: Promoting Healthy Self-Esteem in Children & Teens
• November 14: Effective Communication for Parents
• November 21: Managing Emotions with Your Child & Yourself
• November 28: Exploring Solutions & Resolving Conflicts with Children & Teens
