Parenting for Resilience: An Evening at the Raddison

Register on Eventbrite to join psychologist Dr. Ganz Ferrance and Global Edmonton's Carole Anne Devaney as they discuss techniques for parents raising children in the 21st Century.

Dr. Ferrance holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and an M.A. in Developmental and Educational Psychology from Andrews University in Michigan. He is the former Public Education Coordinator as well as the former Vice-President of the Psychologist’s Association of Alberta. He has also been a regular “Health and Lifestyle” panel expert on Alberta Primetime for over three years and has been presenting a monthly segment on CTV’s Noon Show for the past seven years.

A career woman with three children, Ms. Devaney isn’t afraid to show the good, the bad and the ugly of motherhood. She has a large following on social media, where she often makes light of the realities of parenting. Carole Ann Devaney has a reputation for engaging her audiences, rolling with last-minute changes, keeping the program on time, and, of course, keeping it real.

This event is hosted by Catholic Social Services and the Government of Alberta.
